The Austin Beats celebrate the music of the Sixties in a very versatile, professional show! It is ideal for music venues, social clubs, theatres, holiday centres, out door events/festivals, themed bars, arts centres, corporate functions, parties and weddings. The band has previous experience and feels at home in all of the above environments.

Previous customers have booked the band for events where a Sixties theme and atmosphere has been required, where a variety of music has been required (remember the Sixties embraced many musical styles) and where organisers have wished to attract a big crowd (after all the music of the Sixties is still as popular as it ever was!!) Members of The Austin Beats have performed at festivals along side such acts as The Searchers, Suzi Quatro, Geno Washington and Dr. Feelgood, have performed at Liverpool's Cavern Club and for the British Writer/Director Richard Curtis.

Subject to availability clients can book the band all the year round. The fee does vary depending on the time of the year and the location of the performance but The Austin Beats pride themselves on being very competitive in this specialised market. The band generally covers the South East of England but sometimes do travel further.

Clients can hire the band alone or an entirely self-contained show. The full show package includes:

This system is designed for up to medium sized clubs, theatres etc.

The Austin beats are an east of england function band specialising mainly in music from the 50's 60's and 70's. They have been compared to bands like the Lee Vasey Big Band and Scratch the cat in terms of quality and professionalism.
