Booking Options
Please use the booking enquiry form once you've chosen a package.
Please note: We require 1 hour (band only) and 1 hour 30 mins (band & DJ) to unload, set up and sound check the equipment necessary for performance, preferably without guests in the performance room. Please consider this when deciding on times for your event.
Option 1 – Complete Music Package
- The Austin Beats 2 x 1 hour live sets.
- Virtual DJ playing pre mixed disco/ background music if required.
- “First dance” options for weddings.
- All sound and lighting equipment.
- Stage backdrop (if appropriate).
2 x 13 amp plug sockets and approx. 4.5 x 2.5 mtr floor space required.
Option 2 – Complete Entertainment Package
- The Austin Beats 2 x 1 hour live sets.
- Complete disco system plus live DJ
- Dancefloor lighting.
- MC for any announcements.
- Full coordination of all entertainment and any liaising with the venue.
- “First dance” options for weddings.
- All sound and lighting equipment.
- Stage backdrop (if appropriate).
4 x 13 amp plug sockets and approx. 5 x 3.5 mtr floor space required.
Option 3 – Band Package
Book the band without a sound or light system to play between 30 mins - 2 hours.
This package is best suited to festivals, theatres, venues and holiday centres, that have an in house sound system and engineer
New for 2012! We can now offer just our specialist retro DJ, if you don't have the room or budget for a live band. Please select "option 4" on the form.
We can also supply, as part of these packages, after dinner acoustic music, string quartets and table magicians.
